Wheel thrown striped teapot with four finger “rubber band” handle. Sanding back through multiple layers of white, blue and orange slips results in a rich modeled surface (and a slightly more expensive pot)

Inspired by the weathered painted layers of old buildings here in Helena, Montana. Orange Interior and foot ring. Lip, handle and foot are a silky slate green/grey. Post firing wet sanding results in a finish that feels smooth like a weathered river stone. 5.5 x 8.5 x 4.5 Pours like a dream… no drips!
